Dark skin colorful beauty.  Makeup by Luis Casco

Yesterday I worked on an editorial shoot with acclaimed photographer Jill Greenberg.  The focus was on color to go with the high-end swimwear.  The model was Mari- a stunningly beautiful short of 6 feet tall Sudanese model.

I wanted to share with you a couple of pictures taken with my phone of the looks I did.  As far as foundation goes all of you Mary Kay lovers will love the fact that I used Cream to powder foundation in Bronze 2.  This is a staple of mine for darker skin tones and it matched Mari just perfectly.  The purple color on the lips was Covergirl's "Spellbound" lip perfection lip color.  The orange was OCC's  lip tar in "Cha Cha".  On the eye lids I smeared some vaseline to give them a "wet" texture and I highlighted the cheeks with IMAN Cosmetics blushing powder in "Sunlit copper".

Ayer trabaje en una historia de moda con la fotografa Jill Greenberg.  El enfoque era usar color en la cara para combinar con trajes de baño.  La modelo es Mari de Sudan.

Aquí les enseño dos fotos que tomé con mi teléfono de los cambios de maquillaje.  La base que usé fue Mary Kay Cream-to-powder foundation en "Bronze 2"- para mi es la mejor para este tipo de piel.  En los labios use Covergirl's "Spellbound" (morado) y OCC lip tar en "Cha Cha" (naranja).

Para obtener un look "mojado" en los ojos le aplique un poco de vaseline a los párpados. Después use el blush de IMAN Cosmetics en "Sunlit copper" para darle un poco de forma y añadir luz a toda la cara.
